A project whose goal is to gather information on all choral music of the world into a single research tool. It is an international project and the database is therefore multilingual (French, German, English, Spanish and Dutch), containing over 77,000 references (October 2000), representing many years of work. Its evolution to become a virtual multimedia library is underway. However, this work will take many years, and the contribution of volunteers of the world's choral community is welcome to hasten its completion.

Students listen to choral music and mark their perception of the choral timbre on this graph. Can be used with any choral recordings. Best when used with a variety of recordings which represent different choral tones. Easily leads to discussions on choral tone in the choral classroom.
